Following an 18 month hiatus to raise her first child, Alex is back and ready to bring order to even the most chaotic wardrobe. Armed with a wealth of new tips; from how to dress a pregnant bump, to how to look like a yummy-mummy on zero sleep, Alex is here to help take the stress out of shopping and dressing.
During her degree in FDT: Womenswear at the London College of Fashion, Alex quickly developed a keen eye for strong pattern cutting, shape, fabrics and details; aspects she would incorporate into her stunning Final Collection.
The collection was entered into asos.com’s Limited One Hundred Design Competition where (one dress) was selected to be sold on their website.
The bold, block colour scheme and sexy, tailored design matched perfectly with trend predictions for the season so Alex’s dress was chosen to illustrate the competition across a variety of press articles.
The dress went on to sell out within seconds and Alex was inundated with requests for more to be made which prompted her to set up her own label Alex Hart Design and sister company Alex Hart Styling.

Whether I’m making them or shopping for them, I look for clothes that are well-made, thoughtfully designed and wearable. Trends come and go quickly in London and can be a good starting point, but clothes should be individual and flattering and leave you looking and feeling great.
During her work as a freelance fashion consultant and stylist Alex soon realised her true passion lay in helping clients on a one-to-one basis. Each new client has a unique set of requirements. To meet their objectives, Alex ensures that every new client receives a personally tailored experience.
